• Experience with landing-page tools (Webflow, Framer, Unbounce, or similar) and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar)

Senior Multimedia Designer
Key Responsibilities
• Social motion content. Produce short-form video and motion content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn — including before/after transitions, walk-throughs, render-to-real animations, and behind-the-scenes content from active project sites.
• 3D render enhancement. Take raw 3D renders produced by Baab's design team and turn them into polished marketing assets — colour-grade them, animate them, build them into reels and carousels.
Static social design. Design carousels, single-post graphics, and story content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Develop and maintain templates that allow consistent, on-brand output at scale.
• Sales collateral. Design proposal cover pages, capability decks, project case studies, company profile documents, and pitch presentations used by the Abu Dhabi BD team.
• Brand stewardship. Maintain and evolve Baab's visual identity. Build out a brand guidelines document and a templated asset library covering colours, typography, imagery, and layout standards.
• Project documentation. Photograph and document completed projects (working with the Abu Dhabi team to coordinate site visits and photography). Edit and process project photography into reusable marketing assets.
• Quality control. Be the final visual eye on everything Baab publishes externally. Nothing leaves the studio that doesn't meet a high bar.
Required Experience
• 5–8 years of multimedia design experience covering graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work, with examples you personally led from concept to delivery
• Comfortable working with 3D renders — colour correction, retouching, compositing, animation
• Confident producing for short-form social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video)
• Strong typographic sensibility and command of visual hierarchy
Preferred Experience
• Background in interior design, architecture, real estate, hospitality, or premium retail visual work
• Experience with 3D software (3ds Max, V-Ray, Cinema 4D, Blender) — not required to produce 3D from scratch, but useful to enhance and animate existing renders
• Photography or videography skills
• Experience designing for Arabic and English in the same composition.
