Responsible for design, build, and operate the cloud-native platform powering machine learning and data pipelines that process several million data points every day. 

1. Expert in architecting and operating self-managed Kubernetes clusters on dedicated infrastructure. 
2. Extensive experience managing Kubernetes platforms using GitOps with Argo CD and CI/CD with GitHub Actions, treating infrastructure as code and managing every aspect of the platform declaratively. You have deep expertise in designing secure platforms, implementing least-privilege identity and access management, network policies, secret management, and secure software supply chains.
3. Build highly available and observable platforms with comprehensive monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery strategies. 
4. Our client's platform runs on dedicated servers hosted on Hetzner as a self-managed Kubernetes cluster and dedicated GPU infrastructure for self-hosted machine learning model serving.
5. Strong engineering mindset and maintain exceptionally high standards for technical documentation.

Consider well-written Runbooks, ADRs, and RFDs to be essential engineering artifacts.

 Experience designing and operating Kubernetes platforms on managed cloud services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Amazon EKS, or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) (especially Azure) complements your expertise. 

Requirment:- 

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience designing, building, and operating production-grade Kubernetes platforms.

 • You have deep expertise in the Kubernetes ecosystem, including Rancher, Docker, Helm, Kustomize, and Istio. 

• You have strong networking and security expertise, including modern Container Network Interfaces (CNIs), Network Policies, certificate management, least-privilege identity and access management, and just-in-time (JIT) access. 

• You have experience designing, implementing, and regularly validating backup and disaster recovery strategies, including scheduled backups to object storage and rehearsed restore procedures. 

• You have deep experience implementing GitOps and CI/CD workflows using Argo CD and GitHub Actions.

• Most of our backend services are implemented in Python (FastAPI). Experience building, containerizing, and deploying Python services is desirable. 

• You have experience operating self-managed GPU workloads and machine learning serving infrastructure using technologies such as KServe, Knative, KEDA, and vLLM. Experience with any of these technologies is highly desirable.

Role Overview

Execute and lead offensive security engagements — from vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) across web, mobile, network, API, cloud, and IoT, through to full adversary emulation and red teaming. Simulate real-world attacks to identify vulnerabilities before they can be exploited, deliver clear and actionable reporting,and work directly with client teams to drive remediation. This is a hands-on, client-facing career ladder spanning tester to principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute VAPT engagements across web applications, mobile apps (Android & iOS), network

infrastructure, APIs, thick-client apps, Wi-Fi, cloud, and IoT.

• Perform manual and automated testing aligned to OWASP Top 10 and recognised industry frameworks.

• Identify, validate, and safely exploit vulnerabilities — SQL injection, XSS, RCE, authentication / access-control bypasses, and business logic flaws.

• Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that clearly demonstrate technical impact and business risk.

• Produce detailed reports covering findings, business impact, CVSS scores, CWE references, and prioritised remediation guidance.

• Design engagement approaches aligned to regulatory frameworks including SAMA and CBB cybersecurity guidelines (senior level).

Role purpose 

Own the technical and strategic SEO agenda for Property Finder Egypt end to end — from search and intent strategy through technical health, programmatic scale, entity and topical authority, internal-linking architecture, and outcome forecasting. This is a senior, hands-on operator who both sets direction and executes, working across content, engineering, and the regional SEO team to convert Egypt’s organic opportunity into market-leading share of clicks.

Must-have skills & experience 

4+ years leading and executing SEO, with demonstrable ownership of outcomes (not just activity) in a competitive market. Excellent English & communication: writing, speaking, and presentation skills strong enough to brief stakeholders, present results to leadership, and document strategy clearly. 

Managing large websites: proven experience running SEO on large, complex sites or marketplaces (tens of thousands of URLs and up), including the governance that scale demands. 

Programmatic SEO expertise: designing and scaling template-driven, data-fed pages (community / compound / area pages) with quality and indexation control.

We have a working proof-of-concept (POC) that requires a redesign of its housing/enclosure. We're looking for an experienced mechanical design engineer to take on this focused, short-term project: redesign the housing and deliver print-ready files, including the 3D printer code needed to produce the parts on a local printer.

Key Responsibilities

Redesign the housing/enclosure of our current POC based on provided specs and reference hardware.
Optimize the design for additive manufacturing (design for 3D printing — wall thickness, tolerances, supports, orientation).
Prepare print-ready files and generate the 3D printer code (slicer output / G-code) for local printing.
Iterate quickly on the design based on review feedback.
Hand over clean source CAD files and brief documentation (print settings, recommended material).

Requirements

Proven experience in mechanical/product design, ideally with hardware enclosures.
Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with 3D printing (FDM/SLA), slicing software, and generating printer-ready G-code.
Solid grasp of design-for-manufacturing principles for 3D printing (tolerances, fits, material selection).
Able to work independently and deliver on a tight timeline.

Nice to Have

Experience designing enclosures for electronics or hardware POCs.
Familiarity with locally available printers, materials, and print services.

Deliverables

Final CAD design of the redesigned housing (editable source files).
Print-ready files and generated 3D printer code for local printing.

You will own the electromagnetic model of our sensor: the antenna, the biological tissue it is loaded against, and the coupling between them. Your mandate is to establish which simulation tools can be trusted in this regime, prove it, and then help build faster surrogate models that preserve that trust well enough to sit inside an iterative design and inversion pipeline. This is a foundational technical role with real ownership. The electromagnetic model is one of the load-bearing pillars of the platform, and the person who builds it will shape the architecture of everything downstream

Responsibility :

 Build a full-wave electromagnetic model of the antenna and its loading environment as one coupled near-field system — not an antenna in free space. 

Cross-validate solvers against one another and against measurement.

 HFSS is our reference, but we treat "the reference solver agrees with itself" as insufficient evidence.

 Evaluate and help build faster and reduced-order electromagnetic models capable of standing in for full-wave solves inside optimization and inverse loops. 

Contribute to the forward and inverse problem — from fields to material and surface state, and back. 

Tell us where our electromagnetic model is wrong. 

This is an explicit deliverable, not a courtesy. 

Required qualifications

 Expert-level HFSS, with demonstrated work at mmWave frequencies (24 GHz and above) — automotive radar (60/77 GHz), 5G mmWave, E-band, W-band, satcom and similar all qualify. Fluency across 2-D, 2.5-D and 3-D solver formulations and time-domain analysis, with the judgment to know which is appropriate when — and when each will mislead you. Experience modeling lossy, dispersive materials at any frequency. 

This is the transferable core of the work. Antenna modeling including the loading and near-field environment. Measurement correlation — VNA measurement, calibration, de-embedding. 

We consider a simulation specialist who cannot close the loop against hardware to be half a hire. 

5+ years professional electromagnetic simulation experience; 10+ preferred. 

Availability for a long-term engagement.

You will turn the physics into physical hardware: design the mechanical system that holds our measurement chain to metrology-grade stability, build the digital twin that matches what is actually built, and manage the external partners who fabricate, assemble and test it

Responsibility :

 Design the mechanical system — sensor head, mounting for two independent measurement modalities, subject-interface fixturing, and the benchtop platform that holds them in a stable common reference frame.

Build and maintain the digital twin of the mechanical design — the virtual model that stays faithful to the as-built hardware. 

Own tolerance and stability budgets: tolerance stack-up, thermal drift, vibration isolation and alignment stability, tied back to the measurement requirement. 

Manage third-party design, fabrication, assembly and test partners — specification, vendor selection, coordination and acceptance. 

Design test fixtures and phantom holders for benchtop validation. 

Required qualifications 

Expert CAD — SolidWorks, Creo, NX, Fusion or equivalent — with real design-for-manufacture judgment.

Precision mechanical design with formal tolerance analysis and GD&T. 

Optomechanical design — kinematic mounts, flexures, alignment, vibration isolation, thermal stability. 

Demonstrated vendor and external-partner management through a full design, build and test cycle. Hands-on prototyping — machining, 3D printing, assembly, and the instinct for what is actually manufacturable.

 7+ years in precision mechanical design

You will own the mechanical and fluid physics of the sensing chain — a coupled fluid-structure problem in soft biological tissue, running from internal pressure through vessel-wall motion and tissue deformation to displacement at the outer surface. You will build that chain as a validated computational model, and you will independently verify the theoretical and computational physics the platform rests on. That verification mandate is unusual and we mean it literally. Our program has twice been saved by exactly this kind of adversarial checking, and the person in this role is expected to be the one doing the checking

Responsibility :

Assemble and verify the governing-equation model of the coupled system. 

Independently check the theoretical correctness of the computational physics. This is a first-class deliverable, not quality assurance bolted on afterwards. 

Build and validate the multiphysics model, and help evolve it from an abstract model into a genuine digital twin. 

Build fast surrogates of that model, so it can sit inside an inverse and estimation loop rather than only running offline. Work alongside the electromagnetic and optical workstreams, and own the seam where the mechanical physics meets them. 

Required qualifications Strong computational physics grounded in mechanical engineering and fluid dynamics. Multiphysics simulation — COMSOL, ANSYS, Abaqus, OpenFOAM or equivalent. 

Fluid–Structure Interaction. The load-bearing physics here is a coupling: pulsatile pressure drives a compliant wall, the wall drives surrounding tissue, tissue drives the outer surface. FSI is this problem. 

Soft-tissue constitutive modeling — hyperelastic (Ogden, Mooney-Rivlin), viscoelastic, poroelastic. Tissue is not linear-elastic, and treating it as such silently corrupts the surface-displacement prediction.

 Formal verification and validation of computational models — method of manufactured solutions, mesh convergence, uncertainty quantification.

 7+ years, or a PhD plus 4+ years, in computational mechanics or physics. Programming ability — Python, MATLAB, C++ or Fortran

You will design and stand up the optical measurement system that serves as our reference standard — a high-resolution imaging system able to resolve micron-scale displacement of a living biological surface, and to co-register that measurement with a second, independent sensing modality

Responsibility 

1-Design the optical components and imaging path — lenses, prisms, illumination — for a high-resolution surface-measurement system. 

2-Assemble, align and validate the system to metrology-grade performance, with a defensible uncertainty budget. 

3-Deliver Digital Image Correlation measurements of surface displacement on a living, moving, scattering target. 

4-Establish co-registration with the second sensing modality, so both measure the same patch of surface in a common coordinate frame with quantified uncertainty. 

5-Advise on the measurement trade space and tell us where our approach is weaker than the alternatives.

Required :

qualifications 5+ years optical engineering, with hands-on optical design — lenses, prisms, imaging paths — not solely camera integration. 

Has built and aligned real optical systems, not only designed them on paper.

 A genuine metrology mindset: measurement uncertainty budgets, calibration, traceability, and the discipline to separate a resolution specification from an achieved uncertainty. 

Optical design tools — Zemax / OpticStudio, Code V, or equivalent. Strongly preferred Digital Image Correlation specifically — ideally stereo or 3-D DIC. DIC is a distinct technique (speckle patterning, subset correlation, sub-pixel displacement), and we need out-of-plane displacement at the micron scale. 

Command of the wider measurement trade space — DIC versus ESPI and holographic interferometry versus Laser Doppler Vibrometry. 

We would rather hire someone who can argue the trade than someone who defaults to the technique they know. 

Camera and sensor selection, high-speed imaging, sensor-noise budgeting. Illumination and speckle on biological surfaces, including biocompatibility constraints. 

Telecentric imaging and the systematic errors it removes. Optomechanics — vibration isolation, mounting, thermal stability of an optical bench. In-vivo or biomedical optical measurement — living tissue is a hard, moving, scattering target.
