    ✨ About This Role

    About the Role

We are seeking a versatile UI/UX Designer/Developer who bridges design and front-end implementation. You will own the end-to-end user experience—from research and wireframes through high-fidelity Figma prototypes to production-ready, responsive interfaces. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping a design system in Figma and translating it into clean, maintainable code that performs across screen sizes and devices.

    Key Responsibilities

     • Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications, covering the full flow from concept to delivery. • Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.

     • Build and maintain a scalable design system—components, tokens, and style guides—to ensure visual and behavioral consistency. • Translate designs into responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).

    • Ensure layouts adapt fluidly across breakpoints, devices, and orientations using responsive and mobile-first techniques.

    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions, then iterate on designs based on findings and analytics. • Collaborate closely with product managers, back-end engineers, and stakeholders to align design with technical and business goals.

    • Champion accessibility (WCAG) and performance best practices throughout the design and build process.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Front-End Developer, or a hybrid role combining both.

     • Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive application design and shipped interfaces.

     • Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.

    • Solid command of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and JavaScript, plus at least one modern framework (React, Vue, or similar).

     • Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles across web and mobile.

     • Working knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.

     • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
