Senior SEO Content Writer — English

Role purpose

 Produce high-quality, search-optimised English content that captures Egypt’s substantial Englishlanguage real-estate demand — expats, overseas investors, and premium communities. This is a senior, SEO-native editorial writer who understands entities, NLP, topical authority, and data-rich content — not a generalist copywriter — and who can own English coverage end to end.

Must-have 

1. skills & experience 3+ years in SEO content writing, with a portfolio of pages that demonstrably rank and drive organic traffic. 
2. Excellent English proficiency: native or near-native command across writing, speaking, and presentation; able to present and defend content decisions to stakeholders. 
3. In-depth content-writing craft: strong command of structure, narrative, clarity, and editing — and the execution to turn a brief into a finished, ranking page. 
4. Entity-oriented search knowledge: writing for entities and their relationships, not just keywords — understanding how search engines map meaning. 
5. Content & NLP understanding: in-depth grasp of how natural-language processing shapes relevance, and how to write for it. 
6. SEO content principles & execution: deep, demonstrable background in on-page SEO — search intent, keyword targeting, titles/meta, headings, and content depth. SEO & internal linking: in-depth knowledge of internal-linking strategy and how content interconnects to build authority. 
7. Topical authority: in-depth understanding of building topical authority through clusters and

comprehensive coverage.

Key responsibilities 

Write and optimise English community / compound guides, area pages, and buying / investment content against target keywords and intent. 

Tailor content for English-searching audiences (expats, overseas investors, premium segments) who search differently from the Arabic base. 

Apply full on-page best practice and internal-linking logic from the SEO specialist’s briefs and keyword data. 

Coordinate with the Arabic writer so English and Arabic coverage are complementary, not duplicative.

 Sustain a consistent publishing cadence at a high editorial standard; monitor performance and refresh underperformers. Nice to have 

Real estate, property investment, or expat-audience content experience. Functional Arabic and understanding of the Egyptian market.
