    ✨ About This Role

    The RPA Business Analyst is responsible for identifying automation opportunities, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and documenting automation solutions. The role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of automation initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct process assessments and identify automation opportunities.
    • Gather and document business and functional requirements.
    • Prepare Process Design Documents (PDDs) and workflow diagrams.
    • Perform process mapping, GAP analysis, and business process improvement.
    • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
    • Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
    • Collaborate with RPA developers and solution architects.

    Experience

    5+ Years

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
