Content & Performance Marketer
✨ About This Role
Key Responsibilities
• Content production. Write and produce Baab's content across formats — long-form blog and case studies, social copy (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), landing pages, email campaigns, and sales collateral copy. Produce in both Arabic and English.
• Paid media. Plan, launch, optimize, and report on paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), and LinkedIn. Own campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, bid management, and budget allocation.
Landing pages & funnels. Design and write conversion-focused landing pages and lead-capture funnels. Build, A/B test, and iterate. Coordinate with the Designer on visual execution.
• Lead generation. Hit monthly lead volume and quality targets agreed with the Marketing Manager. Maintain a tight feedback loop with the Abu Dhabi BD Manager on lead quality, refine targeting and messaging accordingly.
• SEO & organic. Own Baab's organic search presence. Plan content for SEO. Manage on-page optimization, internal linking, and basic technical SEO hygiene.
• Email marketing. Build and run Baab's email program — nurture sequences for inbound leads, monthly project showcase emails, post-project follow-up sequences.
• Measurement & reporting. Set up and maintain analytics tracking across all channels. Produce weekly performance dashboards and monthly written reports.
Required Experience
• 4–7 years of marketing experience covering both content production and paid media execution
• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads at meaningful budgets (not just campaign setup — full optimisation cycle)
• Demonstrable writing portfolio in both Arabic and English — long-form, social, ad copy, landing pages
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable in GA4, Meta Business Manager, spreadsheet-based analysis
• Experience with landing-page tools (Webflow, Framer, Unbounce, or similar) and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar)
• Track record of generating qualified B2B leads at acceptable cost per lead.
Preferred Experience
• Background marketing in interior design, fit-out, architecture, real estate, hospitality, retail, or premium B2B services
• Previous experience marketing to UAE or GCC audiences
• SEO experience — keyword research, on-page optimization, content-led link building
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or M365/SharePoint-based pipelines)
